As of 2022, we had made a tough decision to sell most of the cow-calf operation. It was time that something had to give. With that being said, we are no longer raising "organic" beef". However, we are going to see how things go in regards to purchasing younger beef stock and finishing them out on grass. They will be purchased early in the year, around March and finished late October. They will be raised the same way as our organic beef was raised, they will not be organic because the animal must be born organically.
