WE ARE CURRENTLY, ONLY SELLING BEEF BURGER AND ORGAN MEATS AT THIS TIME

Sales and Processing

  • We sell individual cuts by the pound at the farmers market and also from the farm.
  • Customers have the option to purchase a quarter, half or whole beef and a half or whole lamb. 
  • Price is based on carcass hanging weight. 
  • We use a local USDA inspected processor.
  • Our customers are responsible for their own processing fees which will cost approx. .50 lb. hanging wt. for beef.
