- We sell individual cuts by the pound at the farmers market and also from the farm.
- Customers have the option to purchase a quarter, half or whole beef and a half or whole lamb.
- Price is based on carcass hanging weight.
- We use a local USDA inspected processor.
- Our customers are responsible for their own processing fees which will cost approx. .50 lb. hanging wt. for beef.
